Facts and Statistics
The Medical Services Plan (MSP) processes claims for insured services submitted by physicians, supplementary health care practitioners, and laboratory services and diagnostic procedures. This information is collected for accounting purposes and does not contain clinical details about MSP beneficiaries.
Billing and payment data are used for planning, analysis and management in MSP. Some of this information is available in aggregate form on the MSP web site.
